Yogurt Parfait w/ Fresh Fruit in Waffle Cone

Yogurt Parfait in a Waffle Cone (makes 2-3 full waffle cones)

  • 1 – 5.3 oz container of SO Delicious Dairy Free Coconut Milk Yogurt (flavor vanilla)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • **You can add unsweetened shredded coconuts for added texture
    *** you can also add 1-2 scoops of your protein of choice


Healthy Dessert: Yogurt Parfait in a Waffle Cone

  1. In a small bowl add in all the ingredients mentioned above.
  2. Mix all ingredients together throughly.
  3. Using a spoon or spatula, scoop into a waffle cone.
  4. Enjoy!  ** For a frozen treat, you can freeze for 20 minutes and the enjoy!  

These are a great quick healthy dessert, that has fruit and does not contain dairy.  When I’m craving ice cream I make these to curve my cravings and get some extra antioxidants…Enjoy!
